6.5.2 Which media will be most effective in reaching your target market?

ACS Supplier Sdn Bhd had been choosing three medium that are most effective in order to introduce and promote our services to our target market. There are website, and newspaper.

I. Website

Nowadays, internet is the easy and fast medium to advertise and promote our services market to public. There are two sources for us to promote our service in website. Firstly, ACS Supplier Sdn Bhd had own company website which can access by local and international client. Our website provides all the detail of our company profiles and services. Secondly, we will also publish our advertisement at advertisement webpage which are:
· yellow pages online,
· web portal Malaysia.com and
· Malaysia directory.com.


II. Newspaper

Newspaper is also one of the best medium to promote and advertise our services to the public. This is because it had been used widely at all citizens in Malaysia. They all will read this media every day. All the information and news include local and international are informing in this media. So, the public will get easy the information without expand lots of money. We take the advantages to advertise and promote our company through this media. It is very effective because all the age stages can read the newspaper and taken the information quickly.

6.5.5 If it is appropriate to your business you may want to incorporate sales promotion activities into your advertising and promotion plan?

A promotion plan is an effective way to promote and achieve our objective to become the best supplier in the world Advertising and promotion is very important to introduce our company to the public about our services. There are the lists of the promotion activities that we publish to the public as their well known about our services.

6.5.6 Marketing materials – Every business will include some of these in their promotion plans. The most common marketing material is the business car

By providing the marketing materials is one of effective action for every company to advertise and promote their company to the public. This action is easy, cheap and fast to introduce the company profile and their services to the public. The ACS Supplier Sdn Bhd is also using the marketing materials as business card to advertise our company. Besides that, we also provide the pamphlets to public for more details introduce our company services.

6.5.7 Publicity – another avenue of promotion that every business should use. Describe how you plan to generate publicity. While press releases spring

To generate publicity, another avenue of promotion will be done. Such as:

a. Annual reports – It is including an overview of our company’s year's activities, accomplishments, challenges and financial status.

b. Special events – The special events is also provided by our company for example family day, grammy award night, open house,etc.

c. Networking - Spread the word to peers, professional organizations and those with who interact outside the organizations such as educators, consultants, suppliers, clients, etc.

d. Special offers – Our company also provided the special offer. The are including coupons, discounts, and

e. Sponsorships – the advertising also can be done by being a main sponsor to the student activities which related with our services and can generate a publicity of our companies. Besides that, the advertising can be done by being a sponsor for special event as competition among supplier company or site visit in local or international country.

6.5.9 Tradeshows – Tradeshow can be incredibly effective promotion and sales opportunities – if you pick the right ones and go equipped to put your pr

Tradeshows is also one of effective method for advertising. Our company can join in any event such as exhibition, convention, expo, and so on. In this event, we can give a short presentation or explanation about our services. In addition, we can distribute brochures or pamphlet of service. It's amazing that one can send out 500 brochures and be lucky to get 5 people who respond. Yet, you can give a presentation to 30 people and 15 of them will be very interested in staying in touch with you.
For the starting, our company was planning to hold a launching ceremony at the first day opening. The event will hold at ACS Supplier Head Office, Semambu. ACS Supplier will spend about RM 3500 for the launching ceremony. Beside that, the promotion also given 10% discount to 20 first customers. The discount is given to appreciate the support from the customer.
